Deposits

Withdrawal Conditions

Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or a deposit of ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 for a total balance of ৳28,000.

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus amount, a 15x (fifteen times) wagering requirement must be completed. That means for a ৳1,200 bonus, ৳18,000 (1,200 × 15) in bets must be placed.

General Bonus Rules

• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same home, device, or IP address is prohibited.
• tk9998 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Accounts suspected of bonus abuse may be investigated and the bonus may be forfeited.
• Each user may not claim each promotion more than once.

Sports Betting

• Once an event has started, bets that have been placed generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Live betting on BPL, IPL, T20, or other cricket events must be done within specified time limits.

Dispute Resolution

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk9998 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in the account being closed immediately and funds may be forfeited:

Closure by tk9998

tk9998 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for any reason and at any time, with or without notice. Immediate action may be taken in particular for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or prohibited activities.

Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, contact customer support via live chat or email. Any valid balance remaining before the account is closed will be returned subject to the relevant conditions being met.
